Production Support Analyst II Vertafore, Inc.

We are looking for an individual to join our Production Support Team supporting both internal and external customers. Production Support is responsible for Tier II escalation of Customer Support issues, as well as providing reporting and data fix services.responsibilities
Identify, define, and assess items for product builds ensuring product integrity.
Modify and change database reference tables and unit test software.
Troubleshoot, monitor, and record changes.
Ensure that build process adheres to establish schedules and deadlines.
Work with our development teams to correct production errors.
Communicate with external vendors to resolve integration issues.
Possesses good oral and written communication skills.
Contributes to a positive team environment.
Enjoys finding and implementing solutions to new challenges.
Sets goals and focuses on results.
Proactively asks questions and learns about our products.
Effectively multi-tasks and adapts to change.
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting abilities, and
Ability to work productively on various projects simultaneously.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering, or equivalent education.
2+ years of relational databases experience required.
2+ years of Oracle PL/SQL experience a plus.
Other scripting languages knowledge a plus.
Excellent analytical skills.
