RedBrick Health is actively seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Support Analyst to perform analysis, quality assurance, and coordination for RedBrick Health's application portfolio and related production issues. These applications include consumer websites, operations management applications, and internal software systems. RedBrick Health is looking for an analyst who can work with others to understand the product and related business issues, prioritize those issues, and develop solutions as necessary. Essential Job Functions
Manage and communicate expectations related to the prioritization and delivery of issue remediation to Application Production Support (Tier 2)
Drive production issues resolution through issue analysis and quality assurance on developed remediation to the issues
Identify and troubleshoot specific product related issues and communicate these issues to product management as required
Reporting on production related issues and usage to ensure understanding of production stability
Administration and support of Atlassian related products (Confluence, Jira, etc) as required
Provide backup support to Quality Assurance across all product teams
Essential Job Requirements
Education - A bachelor of science degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Management Information Systems, or equivalent technology experience
Experience - Five to seven years of production analyst support or software quality assurance experience
Ability to stay calm under pressure related to production issues
Demonstrated expertise troubleshooting complex, distributed software applications
Ability to work well with other teams to resolve issues and defects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with and thorough understanding of formal testing processes
Test case and test scenario writing
Defines, creates, and maintains test data as needed
Understanding of data quality principles and practices
Knowledge of web technologies and n-tier browser-based applications
Experience with and thorough understanding of formal defect management processes
Experience and understanding of Atlassian products
Experience with formal software development methodologies such as Agile Methodologies (XP, Scrum), etc
Strong SQL Skills
