DescriptionThe production team member is responsible for the portioning of meals into company approved package according to company SOP?s and the daily production plan. The production team members adheres to the golden standards sample for portioning placement to ensure the final product brings value to our customers visual experience.Full time and part time positions available with various days and shifts.
Requirements
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Executes golden standards for all menu items per approved SOP?s from Executive Chef.
Ensure food quality standards by showing a commitment to quality from the execution of SOP from start to finish including tasting the final product.
Set up and break down of line layout ensuring food safety temperatures, efficient pace and rack fulfillment as directed by the production plan and targets.
Maintain a food safe environment, complying with State, Federal and Revolution Foods food safety policies.
Knowledge of basic knife skills and proper utilization of small wares, including but not limited to scoops, scales, cutters, foil and thermometers (analog and digital).
Ability to learn and execute the operation of kitchen equipment in a safe, efficient manner.
Adhere to company developed Good Manufacturing Practices by maintaining a clean, organized, hazardous free work station.
Observe a safety first environment.
Establish a culture of respect, hard work, consistency and effective communication with all team members.
Abide by the company ?Green? waste, compost and recycling program.
Maintains consistency in food quality standards.
Effectively communicates to Management any issues or concerns that may affect food safety or quality.
Follows all company policy and procedures as outlined in the Employee handbook.
Supports preventive maintenance on all equipment and advises management when repair or maintenance is needed.
Performs other duties, as assigned, and follows through on requests in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
0-2 years packing experience in a busy manufacturing or food service facility.
Able to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
Strong attention to detail with ability to read English with basic math skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Able to work well with others and participate as part of a team.
