The Professional Affairs Coordinator will provide administrative and data management support at the direction of the Manager, Professional Affairs Administration. This will include data entry, data verification, work activity report processing, payment request creation; report generation and various administrative support requests. The individual will assist in providing both internal and external customer support and must insure timely responsiveness and resolution to all related issues. The ability to work and coordinate projects between internal departments is required.
Roles & Responsibilities
Support data entry, work verification, payment request generation, report creation, filing and general data management within Professional Affairs.
Provide direct support to the Manager, Professional Affairs Administration: assist with communication, preceptorship statements of work and data management.
Completing and tracking of all Consultant Request Forms received from internal departments
Assist in preparing and maintaining confidential reports for Professional Affairs.
Assist in the training of co-workers in the utilization of the Annual Needs Assessment.
Work closely with Chief Compliance Officer & Regulatory Counsel
Identify and communicate business process improvement opportunities.
Administrative management of varied projects as requested by the Director, Professional Services, Training & Education.
Requires moderate instruction and supervision.
Performs advanced tasks with high level of detail.
Requires minimal direction for most job functions.
Able to recommend revisions to procedures and specifications.
Strong verbal written and communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Exceptional time management skills.
Strong analytic capabilities.
High proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
2 years of college or equivalent work experience in lieu of education. Associate degree in Business or related field preferred.
Minimum 2 years administrative experience working in a corporate environment. Experience with contracts in a legal environment is a plus.
