Description eChalks Professional Learning Managers are based in different parts of the country and design, schedule, manage and deliver on-site training and professional development services for schools and districts to ensure the successful use and integration of the eChalk system.

Responsibilities
Design, prepare and deliver on-site training and professional learning services for schools/districts, evaluate outcomes and recommend follow-up activities
Collaborate with district representatives to ensure that training and professional development is consistent with school/district needs and standards
Partner with eChalk Project Managers, Project Coordinators and Sales team members to recommend and develop professional learning programs and proposals for schools/districts
Manage the tracking and reporting of all on-site training and professional learning services in assigned region(s)
Deliver strong, creative and dynamic trainings, product demonstrations and other support activities
Assist in the development of eChalks training materials such as instructor guides, manuals, handouts, online learning activities and other materials
Provide feedback and status of clients to members of the Client Services team
Requirements
BA/BS degree in Education required; MA/MS in Education or Education Technology a plus
5 years of K-12 teaching experience
Professional teaching license is highly preferred
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently without daily supervision
Knowledgeable in a variety of information technologies such as multimedia presentation tools, productivity applications (e.g., MS Office) and online authoring tools
Familiarity with Web technologies (basic HTML, discussion forums, blogs, content management systems, etc.)
