Summary of Role
This role works directly with the VP of Customer success to manage the scheduling, communication, and coordination of Professional Services engagements. Coordinate customer and/or employee in-house and on-site services and training. Ensure necessary resources are available to properly deliver contracted services and conduct customer training classes. Assist in the preparation and staging of training materials, handouts, etc
Track, schedule and close purchase orders for all services and training activities. Review and mine services backlogs for relevance and follow-on opportunities. Communicate account status with customers and services professionals, and check for additional opportunities. Create services tracking and satisfaction metrics, and begin reporting on those. Report engagement delivers and status to Finance for billing purpose. Work with Sales leaders to check for internal satisfaction of customer management.
This role will also be responsible for the taking over the generation and delivery of Support Credentials and Product Licenses to all world-wide new customer accounts.
