DescriptionProfessional Services is responsible for technical implementation and support of our clients via phone and email (no travel required). Additionally, you?ll use your business acumen and creativity to maximize the client performance through efficient implementation of the hosted MyBuys 1:1 Behavioral Recommendation service, and will therefore have a direct influence on driving customer results.
Key areas of responsibility include:
Drive implementation of MyBuys clients by integrating their data feeds, product configuration, and client website integration
Work closely with client IT teams via phone, email and web conferencing (no travel required)
Design methods and develop tools (such as Java or XML verification scripts and data parsing scripts) to streamline the client servicing
Provide input to the Engineering team to drive new features into the product
The ideal candidate has a high degree of self motivation, an unwavering commitment to excellence, great attitude and work ethic, and startup experience.
Prerequisites
BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent technical degree
Technical and/or Job Specific Skills
3+ years delivering solutions to clients (E-commerce or digital marketing, internet advertising, behavioral eMarketing)
Experience in startup environment, preferably SaaS
Experience using ETL mapping tools to do comprehensive data scrubbing, transformation and mapping with retail data feeds
Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, XML, and Http)
Oracle, PL/SQL, SQL Loader
Understanding of Linux environments and shell scripting
Java a big plus
Ability to deliver projects on time with minimal supervision
