Professional Services Engineer Guardian Analytics
This key contributor will provide consulting and implementation services to new and existing customers.Roles and Responsibilities:
Work in a consultative capacity to implement FraudMAP, the company's SaaS fraud prevention platform
Work cross-functionally to resolve problems and clear the way for successful implementations
Manage multiple projects end-to-end
Exceed customer expectations
Desired Skills & Experience
5+ years experience implementing and supporting enterprise software
Systems experience on Linux/UNIX servers
Working knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. Perl, Awk, Bash, or Python) in order to support data analysis
The ability to organize, analyze, and draw conclusions from large volumes of data
Working knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL)
Working collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams (e.g., Engineering, Sales, and Network Operations)
Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communicator
Team oriented and willing to assist/mentor others
Ability to maintain a positive and cooperative attitude in stressful situations
Strong understanding of internet technologies and web-based applications
Experience working in a small, dynamic company
Experience working with financial institutions and/or software security companies a plus
