RESPONSIBILITIES:Design, scope, develop and implement custom-made integration products
Scope and interpret customer requirements to write ROMs, SOWs and RFPs
Develop base integrations with IT service management (ITSM) tools
Prepare and/or coordinate proposal materials to clients and respond to RFP requests
Serve as a technical resource for sales personnel in the pre-sales process when needed
Assist in troubleshooting technical support tickets and issues that could not be resolve in Level 2 support
QUALIFICATIONS/ATTRIBUTES:
General knowledge of ITSM tools
Excellent verbal and written skills with intelligence and action-oriented judgment Must have adaptability and flexibility Must be creative and broad minded
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience writing requirement/design document
Knowledge and experience working with APIs (SOAP, REST, DB, Command line, JMS, etc.)
Knowledge and experience working with relation databases
Knowledge of run book automation (RBA), complex event processing (CEP) or IT process automation (ITPA) tools
Knowledge of IT infrastructure library (ITIL) practices
Working experience with version control ?3+ years experience in a similar position
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor?s degree in computer science or equivalent in related field experience
