Job Title: Professional Services Engineers (Multiple Positions Open)

Job Description: Design and develop technology efforts in building software product solutions and additional customization to meet business objectives; and adapt design and development methodologies to enable the transition of ownership of applications to the Client Services Team. Identify design, development, and unit test best practices to be applied by the Varolii Consulting Team to facilitate the ongoing maintenance of business applications; serve as a point of escalation for development and production issues including after-hours deployment, monitoring, and production issue resolution; and review custom add-on designs with peers and lead engineers to ensure a consistent, cohesive and exhaustive architecture.

Job Requirements: Bachelor?s Degree in MIS or Computer and Information Science; and, one year of experience analyzing and testing communication software applications using Unix, SQL, XML, JIRA, including specific experience using regular expression and web services such as SOAP; object-oriented design and implementation; joint integration testing; Java programming; and experience using a PSA tool and working with business users on technical issues.
