Opportunity: Interface Analyst
We are seeking two talented and enthusiastic interface analysts with experience in HL7 and/or web services to join our Professional Service team. This role works closely with our clients and industry partners to create, build, and deploy interfaces between GetWellNetwork?s system and disparate client systems. This position requires a balance of technical knowledge, business savvy, ingenuity and the ability to solve problems outside the candidate?s core area of expertise.
Responsibilities:
Guide clients through interface projects by providing expertise on GetWellNetwork solution, industry best practices, data mapping, gathering requirements, and documenting use cases and configuration decisions
Provide technical and functional expertise on implementation and maintenance of interfaces to internal and external clients
Follow up and monitor initiatives to ensure success
Troubleshoot and triage potential issues to identify root cause
Stay informed on industry trends and advancements and provide insight on impact to product and clients
Deliver quality work on time according to project plan
Provide input to Product Management and Product Development teams on client requests, product usage and usability, and general enhancement opportunities
Required Skills
Demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously
Self motivated team player with strong inter-personal skills and demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in consulting or customer service a plus.
Required Experience
2+ years on-the-job HL7 experience
Excellent knowledge and experience with HL7 standards, interface engines, and HL7 message feeds
Knowledge of clinical information systems such as EMR, MAR, PACS, Registration, OE, CPOE, etc.
Experience in SQL and XML required; Experience in java development and web services technology a plus but not required
