Reports to:Professional Services Director
This position is responsible for implementing new health plan customers for the InstaMed payer solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive project management experience in healthcare technology and be able to learn in a fast-paced environment. The individual must be effective at time management and be capable of successfully managing four to eight concurrent implementation projects. The individual will be assessed on overall project success, customer satisfaction, and teamwork and collaboration.
Manage payer implementation projects in an effective and expedient manner
Identify and document requirements, understand workflow and conduct detailed EDI analysis
Perform root-cause analysis, develop logical conclusions and suggest appropriate courses of action
Manage customer expectations and effectively negotiate solution options and constraints
Deliver end-user training that drives adoption and satisfaction
Respond to direct customer inquiries and cases assigned by supervisor
Extensive project management experience with complex technology solutions
Strong ability to rapidly learn InstaMed platform and solutions
Strong ability to acquire and apply new technical and industry knowledge quickly
Excellent organizational skills in managing timelines of implementations
Sound judgment in setting customer expectations and managing sensitive customer situations
Strong ability to present and effectively communicate product use
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Outstanding attention to detail
Proficiency in all aspects of Microsoft Office
Minimum of three years experience in a customer-facing position with a technology-oriented company
Knowledge of healthcare billing, claims management and EDI is preferred
PMP certification is a plus
