Opportunity: Professional Services Project Manager
We are seeking a talented, enthusiastic Project Manager to facilitate, monitor, and coordinate Professional Services projects for GetWellNetwork clients. This position is the primary point of contact for tasks related to Professional Services projects which include clinical systems integration and specialized application development on behalf of GetWellNetwork partners. The project manager keeps the cross-functional Professional Services team on task and target. This position works directly with internal and external resources including Client Services, Professional Services, Product Management, GetWellNetwork clients, and strategic partners to ensure projects are properly scoped, scheduled and delivered on time.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Facilitate and manage multiple on-going projects (including, but not limited to integration and/or custom development)
Facilitate task identification and estimation for each team member
Develop project schedules and timelines to meet critical milestones based on software/hardware requirements
Manage multiple projects with competing priorities
Manage resource allocation across multiple projects including tracking resource bandwidth and forecasting future availability for scheduling new projects
Run status meetings, track action items, facilitate issue resolution and provide weekly management status reports
Build positive relationships and trust through strong on-time delivery, high quality, and continuous innovation by exceeding expectations
Assist the Product Development project manager and/or the Implementation project manager with special projects as needed
Required Skills
Strong organizational skills
Basic understanding of computer coding requirements
Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills
Demonstrated skills with project management tools and methodologies, software development lifecycle, and problem solving.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects. Ability to meet stated customer initiated deadlines.
Demonstrated success in the leading and managing of people in a team-based environment.
Required Experience
Bachelor?s degree
Technical project manager or project leader in a computer software environment.
3+ years experience as a project, production or traffic manager in a software and/or technology services company.
Demonstrated use of project management techniques for task resource, risk, and issue management.
Proven experience with launching multiple projects to market successfully and on time.
Proven experience in developing flexible project management processes that respond effectively to business issues and organizational personality.
