Professional Services Support Specialist Bullhorn

Reporting to Manager of Cloud Operations, Professional Services Support Specialist will act as the first point of escalation for any custom code issues reported by Bullhorn customers to our core Support team. This person will collaborate with and escalate to any senior member of the Professional Services Support Team to provide fast and effective resolutions to custom code issues.
Collaborate with core support team to prioritize, troubleshoot and resolve issues raised by customers in a timely manner and with full customer satisfaction.
Escalate complex issues to Professional Services Support Engineer.
Follow Professional Services Support process to determine issue resolution.
Key Position Requirements and Skills:
BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field
Must have strong knowledge of Java.
Must have good knowledge of SQL.
Must be familiar web service technologies (SOAP, REST)
Must have strong oral and written communication skills
Must have demonstrated critical thinking skills, ability to accurately analyze information and make sound decisions while making client satisfaction a priority
Must have ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
