Program Center Manager RuffaloCODY
Job Responsibilities:
Program Center Managers are responsible for managing, planning, and organizing the telephone fundraising efforts for the Annual Fund of a host institution, including development and management of student supervisors (where applicable) and recruiting, hiring and training of student fundraisers. The Program Center Manager will perform daily, weekly and long-term statistical analysis; act as on-site liaison to our clients and be capable of effectively maintaining the integrity of a RuffaloCODY managed site.
Program Center Managers relocate to a host institution working with an institution to improve their fundraising efforts. There are occasionally opportunities for traveling positions. This position is a full-time, salaried role with benefits. RuffaloCODY Program Center Managers traditionally maintain a Sunday thru Thursday schedule of afternoon and evening hours (12:30 pm 9:30 pm in most areas, schedules may vary based upon institution).
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain positive relationships with clients, subordinates and senior management
Management of Calling Center staff
Coordinating internal staff
Recruiting/Interviewing/Training student fundraisers and supervisors
Staff Motivation & Retention
Data Analysis
Project Reporting
Forecasting/Projections
Setting and Meeting Goals, tracking progress and statistical trending
Responsible for site specific Human Resources
Financial Reporting/Analysis
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must be self-motivated and have an ability to achieve personal and professional goals. Clear communication skills (both oral and written) are required. Must be able to analyze statistics and offer insight into statistical trending of program/project, strong knowledge of MS Office products and a demonstrated ability to learn new software quickly, knowledge of CAMPUSCALL preferred. Entrepreneurial skills and the ability to take ownership of the program, utilizing innovation and creativity to advance and improve productivity is essential. Previous management and/or leadership experience necessary. Occasional hardware/office machine troubleshooting required.
Expectations:
Must be able to meet and exceed the clients fundraising expectations using goal setting, motivation and other management skills; and build/maintain positive relations with clients, support staff and managerial peers. The capacity to manage a large staff of collegiate aged students and demonstrate managerial integrity is necessary.
Education/Training Requirements:
Bachelor degree or greater
Experienced fundraising background (Calling Center and/or Annual Fund experience)
Preferred:
Supervisory / management experience
