MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide training knowledge coupled with project management expertise to ensure that the client requirements are met or exceeded.
Disseminate agency program information to staff and act as a key player in major agency initiatives and programs.
Lead project planning and execution, including designing and structuring the project approach and creating agency project/Task Order Management Plans in collaboration with the Agency team, contracting officer, the FPMI project/program manager, and others as required by the project.
Manage projects to ensure success and uncompromised satisfaction of the client.
Provide practical and operational expertise, along with instructional design and industry knowledge to ensure the changing and challenging needs of the agency clients are met or exceeded.
Lead multiple large engagements simultaneously and successfully
Manage cross-functional team performance in adherence to the approved Management Plan to meet client's learning and performance goals.
Collaborate with clients to help them identify and plan for their agencies' future learning challenges.
Other duties may be assigned.
Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Management, Technical, or Instructional Design related field and a minimum of three (3) years of experience managing projects for federal government clients.
Proven project management experience and the ability to manage complex and/or multiple projects.
Demonstrated knowledge of the OPM/TMA task order competition procedures and OPM/TMA standards and guidelines for preparing project management plans.
Experience working with OPM/TMA task orders/project management plans, SOO and RFTOPs.
Ability to work effectively in client organization and environments, successfully communicate with different levels of management, and participate in solution development
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
