The Project Coordinator position will be a shared resource between IT, Solutions Support and Loyalty & Retention. The desired candidate will be strong in project/program management, communication, collaboration and problem solving. He or she will work closely with each team to plan, execute and track progress on a variety of projects. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for setting expectations and seeing these projects through to completion.

Job Functions
-Participate in special projects, such as continuous quality improvement, process design, and reengineering, or other committees designed to improve effectiveness and efficiency of the business
Ability to work independently: The successful candidate will be responsible for working from a large prioritized backlog and independently execute the processes and procedures needed for results we're looking for.
Monitor and report on process and loyalty metrics and KPI dashboards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document and design core processes within the customer corridor
Other purchasing, usually technology related. IT staff typically handles pulling together requirements> pricing. However, envisioning this role handling the purchase reqs, approval and actual procurement with various vendors.
Facilities coordination, like scheduling our electrician for the Denver office, ordering furniture, etc.
Essential Qualifications
-Strong problem solving skills, analytical capabilities, and collaboration skills.
Must have attention to details, a commitment to quality, and be results-driven and customer-focused
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good people rapport, including ability to effectively interact with customers
Ability to work in fast-paced, results oriented, deadline driven environment
Desired Qualifications
-Has worked with, and has familiarity with technologies such as customer relationship management (?CRM?) and contact management tools. Solid understanding of the different options and how to use these tools in support of the business.
