The Program Director has overall accountability for the design and development of program objectives; the implementation, operations and enhancement of multiple client programs. The Program Director is the senior level expert on program design, development and effectiveness. This position has program responsibility for achieving client and InfoMedics business objectives. Participates in lead generation identification, backlog conversion, and program enrollment activities. The Program Director is accountable to the Account Director on all program related issues.
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor?s degree and/or equivalent education and 5 -7 years experience in similar position. Master?s degree and/or PMP certification preferred. The Program Direction will have a proven track record in the ability to manage multiple client deliverable projects at varying stages of the development life cycle. The candidate should have proven experience in project design, delivery and management of multiple projects and/or programs with emphasis on total customer satisfaction. Pharmaceutical/healthcare related industry experience and/or knowledge of the pharmaceutical regulatory environment would enhance an applicant?s candidacy.
