PROGRAM MANAGER iHealth Technologies, Inc.
PRINCIPAL PURPOSE OF JOB:
The Program Manager is responsible for delivering program outcomes within time, cost, quality and customer satisfaction parameters. In most instances the Program Manager will be managing multiple projects that roll up and support the overall program. Typically the projects that the Program Manager leads are larger, more complex, and more strategic in nature than others. Therefore the Program Manager is expected to exhibit a greater level of leadership, vision, strategic planning and execution.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Must lead project teams and manage activities associated with projects that are typically cross-department or organizational entity-wide in scope. Projects tend to be complex and technical in nature and may last more than one year in duration.
Develop and manage complex project plans and budgets, working with team members to understand problems, focus on bringing issues to resolution, and escalate as necessary to meet timelines.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships and strategic partnerships with key stakeholders/customers across divisions to maximize program effectiveness and influence.
Build and manage high performance matrixed teams.
Ensure predictable, consistent, and successful program delivery.
Provide a complete view of the overall program to the organization and all stakeholders.
Identify opportunities and gain organizational support for strategic initiatives critical to driving the program forward.
Ensure a holistic view by coordinating with and monitoring all projects that are part of the program
Create and maintain a consolidated timeline highlighting the major milestones and associated dates for program activities and practically apply program management concepts to facilitate the achievement of business objectives.
Must establish and manage a pragmatic, detailed plan (schedule) to ensure the project is executed on time and meets the goals of the sponsor.
Must drive project issues through to resolution using the methodology established in the organization and effectively manage and control project changes.
Must analyze and effectively report on project metrics ? e.g., hours burned vs. hours estimated, profitability, project progress, risk & issues etc.
Must effectively communicate to, and advise the management team of project statuses which includes inter project dependencies, external project dependencies, & realistic timelines for completion.

Bachelor?s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other related scientific, technical or business discipline.
10 years of Information Technology experience with a minimum of 7 years of experience in Project or Program management
Must be able to sit and use a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs without assistance
Travel Requirements minimal
Must have ability to positively handle/manage stress, such as high work volume and frequent change

Must have flexibility and willingness to participate in the work processes of an international organization, including conference calls scheduled to accommodate global time zones.
No direct reports, however the Program Manager will have responsibility to lead a large matrixed team of resources. There will be frequent interaction with key stakeholders such as the project sponsor, directors, vice presidents and occasionally C-level leadership.
