Job Description
PeopleAdmin is looking for a Program Manager to lead a cross-functional team to coordinate flawless development and deployment of product releases. The Program Manager reports to the Director of Data Operations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Agile program management with excellent organizational and communication skills. Previous success in SaaS environments is important.
Responsibilities
?Own the PeopleAdmin product release process by collaborating with Engineering, Product Management, Support, Services and Operations to deliver product releases in accordance with product lifecycle processes.
?Manage priorities and requests across multiple constituents of the organization and identify areas of delivery risk, and remove obstacles to on-time, high-quality product delivery.
?Develop, maintain, and execute internal communications.
?Provide consistent visibility to product delivery health in the form of regular status updates up, down, and across the organization.
?Provide consistent monitoring and visibility to product health to key product financial and functional performance metrics in the form of product scorecards.
?Establish regular interactions with internal stakeholders to ensure that internal customer needs are accounted for and incorporated into product release plans.
?Ensure that product initiatives move quickly through lifecycle stages while meeting defined exit criteria and stakeholder acceptance.
?Work in an Agile Scrum environment to deliver incremental and high quality releases.

?Ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport with technical team members
?Ability to drive clarity of purpose and goals for product development and release planning
?Strong organizational skills including ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
?Strong ability to lead, coach and motivate a team of highly talented individuals
?Proven track record of establishing and maintaining strong cross-team working relationships and collaboration
?High level of attention to detail
?Ability to work under tight deadlines while coordinating several projects at a time and responding to changing business and technical conditions
?Courageous and assertive, shows determination to remove impediments to success, at all levels of the organization
Skills/Experience
?Minimum 5-7 years of experience in program management, in a SaaS product company or technology consulting environment.
?Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
?Excellent communication skills, active listening, writing skills? Experience working in an Agile delivery organization and familiarity with Agile principles and practices
?Experience with configuring and using MS Office and Atlassian JIRA, or similar collaboration and work/workflow management tools
Education
?BA/BS degree preferred
