We are currently seeking a Program Manager to coordinate and support all operational efforts between the customer, various Yorktel departments and other vendors and contractors. The Program Manager will oversee the success of the engagement across all Yorktel business units during the life of the contract.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Providing senior leadership and assistance to ensure all contracted services are operating at optimal level per the agreement.
Ensuring customer satisfaction strengthening the business relationship between Yorktel and the client
Identifying and developing new opportunities where Yorktel can successfully deliver services to client and affiliate agencies
Understanding and ensuring that the engagement is operating at desired levels of profitability

Education and Qualifications:
Five (5) years of program management experience desired
Project Management Professional (PMP) certified or Program Management Professional (PgMP) required.
Five (5) years of project management experience within an audio visual or IT environment desired
Five (5) years of managerial experience
Five (5) years of Microsoft Office Suite experience including 2007
Five (5) years of trouble ticket resolution including reporting and documentation.
Five (5) years of experience coordinating large scale audio visual and IT projects in a multi-vendor environment desired
Five (5) years of experience with oral and written presentations to technical and executive level audiences.
Knowledge of database management
Previous experience of five or more years supporting an enterprise level client program and five or more years of management experience are required.
BA degree or equivalent work experience is required.
Knowledge of telecommunications or conferencing services standards and a high level understanding of IP networking are also desired.
Additional Requirements:
May require occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs) Requires extensive sitting, standing and walking Limited weekend and/or night work may be required
Domestic travel requiring multi-night stays within and at times outside the local work area
International travel may be required
Valid U.S. driver?s license is a requirement and must have a positive driver?s abstract.
Current valid U.S. Passport is desirable.
Ability to pass background checks and drug tests
Must be willing to apply for security clearances, suitability, and other related clearances to be able to work at certain customer locationsEEO/M/F/D/V
