Summary of Responsibilities:
The Program Manager will be responsible for working with multiple departments within the company to design business & systems processes, and provide analytic support to help drive sales efficiency and productivity. Will be responsible for managing relationship with internal clients (Sales, Client Support and Marketing), aligning business objectives, implement new changes and provide sales system support. Job requires vibrant and energetic attitude, willingness to perform and get things done with limited supervision.
Primary Responsibilities & Objectives:
Facilitate Sales and Marketing Analytics while driving high adoption and sponsorship with key executive stakeholders. Dashboards will include such things as Pipeline by Account Segmentation, Sales activity and other KPIs, Win and Loss Analysis and similar efforts.
Comprehensive analysis of pipeline development and sales forecast
Support ongoing analysis of business performance and inform Sales VPs, SVP Marketing, SVP Sales, and COO on a monthly basis.
Collaborate cross-functionally to establish reporting standards. Expand the SFDC's infrastructure with scalable reports, processes and tools
Provide data and analyses to help sales management make decisions and influence behaviors of the sales force.
Support Salesforce process enhancements, modifications and best practices development.
Track impact in CRM systems and map out changes regarding new account ownership, opportunity transfers
Drive improvements in our sales coverage model through scalable analytics
Assist in the design and implementation of optimum sales territories
Build relationships within the broader Salesforce.com user base, Sales Operations Team and adopt best practices where appropriate.
Interact regularly with the sales organization and other areas of the company to maintain the data integrity of the sales coverage model
Work with SF.com Admin and/or Developer to troubleshoot systems, data, and processes to ensuring optimal utilization of them and make recommendations to management to improve processes and support for the sales force.
Provide training to sales force on systems, policies, procedures, and forms/reports/tools used in the management of sales force performance.
Act as System Admin for Salesforce.com for simple enhancements, data manipulation and work closely with SF.com Developer on data uploads and complex SF.com enhancements i.e. Workflow rules, Formulas and requests that require development work.
CRM Systems and process (Lead Management, Sales Pipeline, Territory Management, Forecasting, Ordering, Quote Management, Marketing Campaigns, Email Compliance, Marketing List Management, Incident Management)
Salesforce.com System Admin Certification desired but not required
Business Intelligence Tools. (Familiar with DataMarts, DataWarehouse concepts, experience in analytics tool like Cognos, SAP, Hyperion etc)
Proficient in MS Office Tools (Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Project)
Advance knowledge in Excel i.e. Vlookups, Pivot table, Macro tables
