Who We Want:
Bazaarvoice seeks a high-energy leader to build out global program delivery within our new, highly-successful Local Advocacy business.
Coach/player responsibilities include:
Design, build and launch Local Advocacy programs (incl. training) for our clients
Work closely with implementation and product teams to ensure the business strategy aligns with the Bazaarvoice Local product capabilities
Own the client relationship and drive adoption by their local channel partners (dealers, agents, etc.)
Create methodology and playbooks (for client and internal teams) to ensure consistent, repeatable client success that is highly scalable
Lead and mentor one direct report, and grow the team as the business grows
Provide cross-functional leadership across several other teams globally, such partnering with our Client Success (account management) teams to build their expertise and effectiveness in Local Advocacy
Contribute as an important part of the Local Advocacy leadership team, on thought leadership, product strategy/roadmap, and more

10+ years of strategic account management experience
3+ years of experience in local channel marketing programs, such as for brands? dealers, agents, franchises, etc.
3+ years of people-management experience, with demonstrated coaching and mentoring skills
Leads and manages well, including excellent project management
Proven ability to create programs which clients can easily follow and roll those programs out in a repeatable fashion.
Willingness to do routine tasks, as well as the strategic planning ? i.e. get your jersey dirty
Track record of building trusted, authentic, collaborative relationships across client and internal teams
Demonstrated experience with social technologies, eCommerce, online industry trends, Web 2.0 technologies or online marketing concepts
Strong analytical background and knowledge of web analytics
Proven executive-level relationship building capabilities
Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and focused on quality execution
Ability to travel 20% and desire to collaborate onsite with our clients
Four year undergraduate degree from an accredited university; MBA preferred
