Reporting to Senior Program Director, the Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating projects according to defined timelines and budgets. Building and managing project teams and ensuing adherence to budget, schedule, and quality deliverables throughout project life cycles are central to this position.
Manage project execution from initiation to closure
Be accountable for project results
Act as mediator between customer stakeholders and team members
Resolve issues and solve problems throughout project life cycle
Effectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved
Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports to customer stakeholders
Lead, coach, and motivate project team members on a proactive basis
Aid Program Director in working with customer stakeholders to define scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget estimates, and timing
Aid Program Director in all financial/commercial aspects of the project from project estimation, SOW creation, contract tracking and revenue recognition management
Ideal candidates will have three or more years of experience in a project management or consulting role, preferably deploying complex Supply Chain Solutions
Experience managing complete project deployments
Experience with SCM, ERP, CRM or related solutions
Proven track record of success
Bachelors degree required
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Project Management certification a plus
