Our Marketing team is experiencing rapid growth and therefore we are looking for a Marketing Manager to create and execute marketing programs for customer acquisition. You will work closely with the marketing team, as well as key decision makers throughout the company. This is an incredible opportunity to revolutionize an industry. Key Responsibilities:
You manage all elements of marketing programs including budget, plan and subsequent reporting including reconciliation of each program with pre-defined objectives and metrics
You are a pro at getting the best results possible from trade shows, webinars, virtual events, email, online ads, sponsorships, direct marketing, and more
You can clearly set expectations and establish accountability for deadlines with all related cross functional teams involved with program development and execution
You have knowledge of how to leverage social networks to enhance campaign performance and nurture current prospects
You have proven experience with driving website traffic, and can convert traffic to qualified leads
You have worked with Salesforce.com and Marketo (or another marketing automation tool)
You have lots of energy and get excited by being a revenue champion for the organization
Qualifications:

You have a strong attention to detail, are well organized and can manage multiple projects simultaneously. You thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. Required experience and skills include:
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
A minimum of five years demand generation, including program management experience with B2B organizations
An established track record of managing trade shows, webinars, virtual events, email, online ads, sponsorships and direct marketing campaigns
Strong project management skills and experience, including managing external agencies
Extraordinary communication and copywriting skills
Experience with Salesforce.com and Marketo (or another marketing automation tool).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including excellent writing skills
Proven track record of success setting and achieving ambitious goals
Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel, PowerPoint, Access
