Program Manager, Ecommerce Renewals Mindjet

Mindjet, the leading provider of the software and cloud-based applications for visually organizing and managing information and ideas, is seeking a Program Manager, Ecommerce Renewals to join our growing Customer Success department. Position Overview:
In becoming a successful SaaS business, Mindjet has put a priority on creating an efficient WW Renewals team. This role will consolidate all Ecommerce Renewals and focus on dramatically increasing our renewals rate in this customer segment.
This position is a highly cross-functional where success will be measured by creating and managing the Ecommerce Renewals Eco-system. This role will be highly interactive with the executive and leadership teams at Mindjet.
Desired Skills & Experience
Ability to understand complex systems and explain them in non-technical terms
Excellent excel skills and the ability to organize raw data for analysis
Ability to identify and summarize problems from large data sets
Knowledge of Salesforce.com and Netsuite ? creating reports, basic workflow, etc.
Organize projects and keep stakeholders updated on progress
Ability to identify and mitigate risks within projects
Knowledge of basic sales and sales operations techniques
Additional Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business or relevant experience
10+ years of customer service experience
10+ years of technology experience
5+ years of sales/order management experience
Highly organized and detail oriented
Troubleshooting and enhanced deductive reasoning skills
Strong communication and customer service skills
Responsibilities:
Service Programs - Design, implement and update product support and maintenance services and service products that meet business goals and objectives. Ensure programs are competitive by performing competitive analysis
Service Systems ? Review current systems and determine how to increase the renewal rate in this segment with our current systems. If it is determined that a new system is required to achieve the renewal rate goals; define requirements for a new Ecommerce.
Service Database Data Integrity ? Ensure Ecommerce-Renewals databases contain data that is accurate through ongoing audits, reporting, process and systems.
Service Customer Experience ? Enhance the customer experience by working with service systems and process.
Reporting? Establish dashboard reports from key renewal metrics including in-depth analysis of product renewal rates.
