Axeda Corporation, the global provider of the most advanced cloud-based service and software for managing connected products and implementing innovative M2M applications, is seeking talented professionals to support Axeda's growth strategy by filling the role of Program Manager (PM) for Axeda's products and services. The Program Manager is an individual contributor position that leads cross-functional teams and directly influences product development. The PM is responsible for development and operational program definition as well as project execution, visibility and predictability.Responsibilities:
Create and own project schedules for product and service development programs.
Communicate ongoing program status to internal and external stakeholders.
Act as the primary point of contact for executive management and internal teams for ongoing program status and required action.
Assess project risks and jointly plan and implement strategies to mitigate the risks.
Lead cross-functional planning, status update and launch preparation meetings.
Identify issues and lead efforts to resolve them.
Motivate and influence internal and external project teams to establish team cohesion and meet project objectives.
Act as a leader within the company.
Experience/Qualifications/Skills:
At least 5 years of program management experience in a relevant technical industry
Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams to deliver products in a commercial environment.
Outstanding teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Strong written and oral communication skills, as well as strong presentation skills and experience.
Demonstrated ability to influence peers and other departmental leaders while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Ability to manage projects and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to manage conflicts and resolve issues among diverse stakeholders.
Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
Technical background and proven ability to work with complex technical products and services.
Experience with partner programs is a plus.
Required Education:
Bachelor?s degree (preferably in a technical discipline) is required.
PMP certification is a plus.
