The Role

Reporting to the VP of IT and Business Applications, the Program Manager of IT Services, Change Management, Process and Compliance will be responsible for defining, developing and rolling out IT processes for:

• Software Development Life Cycle (Waterfall, Scrum/Agile)
• IT Change Management
• Project/Program Management Framework
• IT Services (including SLA)
• Compliance (SOX and other process)

Help in the governance of the defined processes across all projects and programs in IT. As needed manage the delivery of IT projects within multiple areas of IT, including but not limited to all applications development, network, voice, facilities and data center expansion, SAN storage, virtualization, backup and recovery. By nature these projects span a range of disciplines, providing the Program Manager with significant exposure to a cross section of business units and IT teams. The person will also responsible for all aspects of SOX control management for internal IT. Success in this role requires deep partnership with all departments of IT, business sponsors, a logical, structured approach to establishing and solidifying processes, and the ability to clearly establish requirements and success criteria to balance the needs of the various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Successful defining, developing and rolling out IT processes for:

• Software Development Life Cycle (Waterfall, Scrum/Agile).
• IT Change Management.
• Project/Program Management Framework.
• IT Services (including SLAs).
• Compliance (SOX and other process).
• Championing of rollouts and getting buy-in of these process across IT and business.
• Coordination of technology resources and collaboration with cross-functional teams from multiple business groups.
• Gathering requirements and developing formal project charters; assisting with the preparation of business cases.
• Driving project/program management best practices for IT.
• Produce reports from PMO tool for senior management involving key metrics and IT department performance.
• Coordinate testing efforts in yearly management's assessment audit for SOX section 404 compliance; assist with 3rd-party audits.
• Participate in annual SOX IT control review; present recommendations to increase control effectiveness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT project, process and change management experience at enterprise level.
• 2+ years of SOX process experience.
• Ability to stay on top of fast paced projects with multiple concurrent streams.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale IT projects.
• Ability to communicate both written and verbally to a variety of stakeholders and can document thinking clearly and concisely.
• Possess a solid understanding of applications and infrastructure technical domains and relationships between IT pillars.
• Experience applying project management best practices.
• Experience in creating structure from chaos and maintaining focus until the end of project delivery - strategic contributions to establishing a project management office in a maturing technology environment.
• Bachelors Degree in IT or Business-related field, or equivalent experience.
• PMP and ITIL certifications will be a big plus.
