Responsible for coordinating and managing on-site TB testing and screening activities at customer sites, primarily hospital settings. Includes working with internal and external team members to plan and execute the TB testing events, coordinating IT components to ensure events run smoothly, coordinating and managing temporary staffing, and liaison to the customer. Additional responsibilities include implementation and maintenance of computer/interface systems between customers and Oxford Immunotec?s (OI) lab information systems in order to provide for streamlined TB testing and reporting back to the customers.
Works as part of a team consisting of external vendors, internal customer-facing functional groups, and client personnel to ensure systems are developed, installed, tested, and maintained for optimizing departmental resources and ensuring optimal outcomes for customers. Also responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and proposing modifications to the application software pertinent to customer interactions and all other program activities.

Provides feedback and improvement suggestions after each event to the Director of Marketing.
Designs, troubleshoots, and manages connectivity between OI and customer site.
Serve as a lead coordinator for defining solutions that will achieve objectives for technical and application support. Complies with overall information management best practices.
Participates in the implementation and recommendation of improvements to the overall approach to information management relating to customer support of clinical testing events and patient management.
Evaluates technology and techniques to implement and optimize connectivity and efficiency.
Performs routine and customary monitoring activities to ensure environment is stable and capable of meeting on-going business needs. Develops, implements, and tests backup and recovery plans.
Applies project management methodology and utilizes standard project management for software in development and maintenance of project plans. Acts as a liaison to other Oxford Immunotec teams and external vendors in support of key projects.
Reports status and progress of projects to key stakeholders.
Maintains project documentation (resources used, decision, outcomes, agreements, etc.).
Identifies realistic sequencing of work based on business/customer needs and time constraints. Applies project management methodology and utilizes standard project management software in the development and maintenance of project plans.
Provides mentoring and training for new and current team members in the areas of development tools.
Regular attendance and timeliness is essential
3+ years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting or with interface development
Degree in Business, Marketing; or equivalent knowledge and skills obtained through combination of education, training, and experience
Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to customer service
Experience organizing and managing detailed information and working with and leading teams
Experience/knowledge of system architecture, data structures, database concepts, application tailoring tools, commands, system utilities, and report writing tools
Experience with customer interaction and/or sales experience
Experience with translating customer needs into system requirements
Experience and understanding of relational databases
Ability to work independently in an environment with multiple work demands and focus on detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lead cross-functional team
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects and displays flexibility in a fast-paced and changing work environment
Ability to travel domestically up to 50% of time
