Program Manager (Mid-Level) Digital Sandbox
The Program Manager successfully applies technical knowledge, operational program management, and business development skills to ensure successful customer interactions and identify new opportunities. This position will support contractual and proposal efforts within the Federal marketplace and provide leadership across numerous initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Comprehends and effectively communicates Digital Sandbox's overall business strategies, offerings, and technology, how they relate to provide total client business value and how our software and solutions align with these objectives
Provide operational management of project requirements, work breakdown structure, and budget
Meets key clients and prospects within accounts on a regular basis to build and nurture the relationship, as well as look out for further opportunities
Lead proposal efforts in pursuit of new opportunities
Support contractual proposal review process
General Program Accountabilities:
Delivers projects with strong focus on client satisfaction
Establishes knowledge of Digital Sandbox software
Identifies business development opportunities
Able to work through initial conceptual design of technology solution with client
Outlines account planning to identify new market and client opportunities to increase software revenue
Participates appropriately in Orals/subsequent client meetings
Takes new opportunities, value propositions, and innovative ideas to clients to grow incremental sales by creating proactive proposals that generate additional business
Required Qualifications
8 - 10 years experience of design engineering or program management experience, in addition to government sales/marketing experience.
Prior experience with any of the following industries is a plus: management consulting, homeland security, emergency management (e.g., fire, EMS, law enforcement)
Bachelor's Degree or higher with major in a computer science, engineering, or related field of study
Ability to acquire and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance
