Supporting the entire infrastructure of our product is the Technology team responsible for developing and building functionality that keeps us ahead of the tech scene curve.
We are currently looking for nothing less than a rock star to be our next Program Manager in our New York office as a key member of the Customer Experience department, liaison and single point of contact to a major client.
In this role, the Program Manager will oversee the timely development and implementation of a customized version of our software platform for a major industry-leading client. Working within our growing Customer Experience team, you will be managing scheduling, scope, and overall project organization to ensure the client?s requirements and project delivery expectations are clearly communicated, understood, and executed. Manage, implement and coordinate all requests from client both pre and post launch
Work very closely w/ the development team to ensure client?s requests are handled and track enhancements as needed
Manage resources from various departments
Must be technically savvy with a true Project Management background in order to be successful in this role.
Professional Services or Project Management experience is preferred, Tech Account Management experience is also acceptable
Must be an independent self-starter and problem solver
Experience managing a large or enterprise account required
Must be able to bridge the gap between the business and technology
Knowledge of MS Project
Must have impeccable verbal and written communication skills
The right candidate will be able to walk a fine line between being collaborative and aggressive when necessary but also have a very customer service oriented personality.
Must be willing to travel 25%
