Program Manager, Professional Services Carnegie Learning
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The Program Manager is responsible for 1) defining and managing development of on-line professional services, 2) coordinating the National Math Institute and 3) defining and managing special professional development projects and services including but not limited to; Key District Reports, Training Materials and more.
The Program Manager will also work closely with the Director of Professional Development Operations, Director of Implementation and other internal managers and clients.
Attention to Detail: able to be alert in high intensity/high risk environments; follows detailed procedures and ensures accuracy in documentation adn data, carefully monitors gauges, instruments or processes, concentrates on routine work details and organizes and maintains a system of records.

On-line Professional Development
Define requirements and implement on-demand professional platform to support just-in-time and job-emedded professional learning.
Lead cross-departmental on-line professional learning review committee and represent the project in internal meetings.
Manage project budget and direction.
National Math Institute
Collaborate with internal managers adn presenters to design the event agenda and content experience.
Define channel marketing strategy for event registration and execution including web site, e-mail direct mail adn other campaigns.
Manage event budget including contracts, registration fees, marketing, event planning onsite execution, keynote presenter contracts and audio visual.
Manage onsite logistics and all staff members including presenters, during the event.
Implement national teacher and student awards programs in collaboration with marketing services and field teams to celebrate customer success.
Support efforts in defining specifications and content for auxiliary training materials including Reports Guide adn Software Only Training Guide.
Work with field services team to support custom reporting requirements, training templates and forms and other client support.
