Program Manager Achates Power

The Program Manager is responsible for delivery, cost and quality of an engine development program. In addition, the successful candidate will be required to:

Create and maintain detailed objectives, schedules and budgets
Manage a multi-disciplinary program team, including engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, material control, assembly and testing
Ensure prompt and proper resolution of all program issues
Prepare and present program status updates and milestone documents to company management and external customers
Develop, maintain and update the company's program management processes as required

Requirements:

Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
5-10 years of program management experience, preferably in the automotive industry
Knowledgeable about engines
Experience managing new technology development programs
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project

Desirable Skills:

Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering
MBA or equivalent
Six Sigma Blackbelt certification
