As part of the Mobile Wireless Systems ? Switch Product Development group, the Program Manager, MWS will drive new product development activities. The Program Manager, MWS manages cross functional teams from new product planning through execution to achieve new product introduction. Team composition includes Marketing, Sales, Design, Characterization, Manufacturing, Production Test, Quality, Supply Chain, Research and others.
Peregrine Program Managers communicate roles, responsibilities and commitments of team members necessary for successful product development. Program managers measure and evaluate development performance for continuous process improvement, while managing top quality completion of all program gates, on schedule.
Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate product team inputs to develop a comprehensive development plan
Create product development milestone schedules, drive, track and create recovery plans
Lead weekly cross functional team meetings driving product development schedules
Manage engineering material and ensure it advances appropriately
Knowledge, Skill and Competency Requirements
Exceptional communication and organization skills
Ability to clearly assess and manage risk
Technical and cross-functional team leadership
Able to work with a variety of business management tools (e.g., Oracle, Sharepoint, MS Project, Excel)
Able to multitask, including managing many programs simultaneously

Education and Experience:
3-5 years of progressive program management/project engineering experience
BA or BS degree in engineering, physical science or business
