As a Program Manager, you will drive the success of new product releases by doing whatever it takes to turn vision into features and products used by leading customers. Responsibilities include:
Product/project management: Work with management and engineering to ensure timely delivery of the right priorities
Product marketing: Develop materials for new products and features
Customer advocacy: Track and communicate feedback and requests from leading customers
Quality assurance: Develop, manage, and execute test plans
Documentation: Author internal and external-facing technical documentation
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in a technical field or equivalent technical proficiency
Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and enjoy wearing different hats
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented and customer-focused
2+ years experience as a Product Manager, Program Manager, or Sales Engineer. Recent graduates with strong internships are welcome to apply.
