Position Summary:

Multiple full-time openings for the role of Programmer/Analyst with NaviNet, Inc., an organization headquartered at 179 Lincoln Street, Boston, MA 02111. This would also be the place of employment



Essential Functions:

Analyzing, designing, developing, and deploying software components

Integrating systems

Managing databases to include database design and development

Working with business analysts to develop software designs and code

Assisting with software scoping and estimation activities

Assisting the performance team with application tuning and performance troubleshooting

Assisting the QA team with troubleshooting and repairing defects

Assisting the production data center with software deployment activities

Supporting and maintaining existing applications

Making presentations to the development team regarding current, cutting-edge topics in the field of software engineering



Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate, information technology or engineering experience, including three years of experience (a) performing software design, development, debugging, and applications support; (b) with RDBMS; and (c) using Visual Basic and COM/DCOM
