In addition, you are comfortable using web-based software, have experience with Excel, Word and a variety of different tools and applications (i.e. JScript, ConfirmIt, Photoshop, ExactTarget, etc.).
What You?ll Do
In this multi-faceted role you will respond to continual and varied requests from other colleagues in support of our client communities. The bulk of these requests consist of creating and configuring a variety of different types of activities (such as surveys or discussions) in our communities by programming, copying, pasting, and uploading materials. Another aspect of this process is proofing, testing, educating, and logic verification, with an end result of ?ready to go? community activities. You will also be responsible for configuring member profiles for new and existing communities. Another aspect of this position is consulting with colleagues to help find the best way to design community activities to achieve the research goals of our clients within the capabilities of our software.
Skills Required
Bachelor?s degree in business or other relevant discipline and 2+ years of professional experience.
Demonstrated success at prioritizing tasks, working independently, and handling detailed-oriented requests.
Strong computer skills and comfort with Excel, Word, Photoshop and other software programs.
Must be able to work under tight deadlines.
An ability to ?tinker? with tools, figure them out, and apply that experience to the request.
Comfortable and articulate in working directly with colleagues and teammates.
Knowledge of marketing research, survey programming, online data collection or other languages is a plus!
Please note that this position will be working non-traditional hours as it will help support our West Coast and Global Communities. After an initial training period the expected work hours are 12-9PM.
