Responsible for working with all Client Managers, Provider Relations Consultants, Project Managers, Medical Economics and Informatics Team and VP Client Services.
Works with Project Managers, Client Managers and Data Analysts to develop and maintain a detailed project schedule for internal and external projects including but not limited to:
Maintaining Project calendars
Preparing and/or editing meeting minutes, and presentations
Performing Project Librarian function to create the structure for filing project documents and files such documents (hard and soft copies)
Tracking project changes
Compiling summary documents with input of the team members
Creating and maintaining project and/or client databases
Creating and maintaining project plans, public relations pieces, and other documents
All other duties as assigned by management
Education: Some College Courses Required
Experience: Healthcare providers relations a plus, excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communications skills
Skills: Must have working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Visio, and Project and strong skills in MS Power Point. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, and work with multiple projects, some of which have competing priorities.
ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Business office environment
Ability to enter data for up to 8 hours unassisted
Ability to view PC screen for up to 8 hours
Ability to prioritize in a multi-task environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, headsets, photocopiers, scanners, filing cabinets and fax machines.
