About the Job
The following is a representative description of the position?s role and responsibilities. Reflecting the flexible nature of our work, Nexant will adjust this description as necessary to meet operating and strategic needs of its business.
Nexant is seeking an individual to support the operations management of existing contracts. Qualified candidates will be expected to:
Document and maintain internal operations manuals: Program Manual, contractor manual, inspector manual, application review process, inquiry routing flow, internal training manual, etc.
Oversee that all contract and annual plan requirements are delivered in a complete and timely manner
Maintain and distribute program policies to the team, including subcontractors; Ensure compliance with program policies
Generate database reports, and coordinate with team members to upgrade and maintain database through program changes
Take on individual tasks as assigned by supervisors
Duties and Responsibilities?
Direct professional staff members in the execution of client projects
Manage project-specific work tasks, including reporting, analysis and review tasks, in accordance with contract requirements and defined budgets
Provide project-specific reporting/forecasting on a periodic basis, as required by the project
Quantify needs and secure project-specific internal staffing needs and related resource requirements.
Effectively collaborate with specific client contacts in the delivery of project-specific work.
Manage day to day aspects of projects including quality of work product, contract adherence, client communications, budget, schedule, and directing staff
Oversee and maintain quality control of all deliverable products demonstrating technical excellence, objectivity, and clarity while maintaining project schedules
Facilitate and coordinate cross-functional engagement of staff and resources to effectively implement projects
Adhere to budgets, revenue targets, and profitability in alignment with established, project-specific goals
Provide accurate monthly, quarterly and annual project forecasts and reports
Support marketing opportunities and efforts to secure new business opportunities for the Company
Other duties as directed
Bachelor?s Degree in relevant field, or overall experience that is equivalent to degree plus experience noted above.
1 year of experience within the energy efficiency or building efficiency industry, or 2 years of experience within directly relevant field
Project Administration or Project Management Experience
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent writing, interpersonal, and analytical skills
Proven time management ability. Able to meet deadlines and anticipate difficulty in meeting deadlines
