About the Job
The Business Project Analyst is responsible to ensure that all client programs meet tariff and contract compliance in regards to application residency, customer service, and incentive fulfillment.
The successful candidate will work with a variety of people to manage delivery of these contracts through their lifecycle. This candidate will be charged with leading a production team, providing employee development and produce high customer (internal/external) client satisfaction in delivery of scopes of work.
Duties and Responsibilities
Understand and communicate program contractual/tariff/Business Process processing timeframes and residency requirements
Establish and track processing queues, individual employee performance, by program
Weekly review of overhead activities to ensure appropriate billing
Approve and facilitate OH activities for Business Process Coordinators and processing specialists
Ensure appropriate coverage and priority levels for every customer service queue
Ensure appropriate staffing for all business hours, including changes to hours based on meetings, Daylight Savings, and Nexant sponsored OH activities
Establish expectations and scoring for compliant customer service on inbound and outbound telephone calls
Work with Project Administrators to establish and meet weekly batch schedules
Ensure all PBAs are completed within 5 business days, are appropriately communicated to clients through prescribed means
Provide and follow documented batch procedures to ensure timeliness and quality expectations
Understand Nexant DM Standards of Care, related to SSAE compliance
Participate in creation and documentation of established SSAE control practices
Perform regular audits of processes to ensure SSAE audit compliance
Track and achieve cost effectiveness through documented processes, best practices, technology driven solutions, and improved program performance over time
Provide Business Process Coordinators and specialists with regular performance reviews, success plans, development opportunities, and HR supported performance improvement plans
Manage and approve all staff time off requests and attendance infractions
A college degree is preferred
3 ? 4 years? experience in a leadership position with a proven ability of production tracking, performance documentation, staff allocation, customer service, tariff and contract review
Proven track record in developing through positive coaching and holding to accountability
Superb capacity in employee development
Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal form
