These include: Consulting, Auditing, Invoice Processing, Claims Tracking, Provisioning, Wireless Device Support and Telecom Contract negotiations. We provide our Fortune 500 clients with detailed analysis of telecommunications vendor invoices that frequently self-fund out services through the reduction in a client?s telecom expenses.
Job Title: Project Analyst
Responsibilities:
Building inventories in support of new client implementations, manipulating data in support of audits, and supporting report requests for internal and external clients
Interface with Client Management in support of new client implementations, communicates with Inventory and Billing regarding inventory data integrity and liaises with Senior Management, Quality Control, Business Enterprise Systems and IT in support of on-demand reporting and system documentation
Manage all facets of assigned projects including:
Initiation
Planning
Execution
Termination / Post Mortem
Establish Work Breakdown Structure for Projects and assign estimated time values for each step
Development of on-demand statistical reports in MS Access and MS SQL for:
Clients
Internal customers
Project requirements
Responsible for data integrity and quality control of output meeting Quickcomm standards
Develops and maintains systems documentation, inclusive of but not limited to: flow charts, data flow diagrams, design specifications, training manuals, and user documentation
Understands interrelationships between functional groups
Performs wireless audit reviews and provides service recommendations
Assists Project Analyst Level II in support of data analysis projects, vendor data loads, new client implementations and wireless analysis
Proactively identifies process improvement needs and present proactive solutions to problems
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor?s Degree with one year database experience in a corporate environment.
Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Experience with MS SQL
Knowledgeable in Excel, Word, Outlook and Access
Posses analytical skills to present solutions to problems, while demonstrating a level of independence
Teamwork oriented and strategically focused
Emphasis on customer service and quality
Adapt to an ever changing environment while being able to remain focused and not lose site of strategic goals
Possess a level of creativity offering suggestions to help build the business and make processes more efficient
Understanding of how to work with data in various capacities
General knowledge of business tools, operations and structures
