The Project Coordinator will coordinate and complete activities related to the program and project management disciplines. The Project Coordinator will perform a variety of project administrative duties, including disseminating project information to project stakeholders, monitoring the achievement of project activities on behalf of the project manager, developing and maintaining project deliverables under the direction of the project manager, and gathering and inputting data into databases as applicable. The Project Coordinator will arrange logistics as well as prepare necessary materials for meeting, trainings, and other project-related events. The Project Coordinator will record meeting notes and action items resulting from meetings. Finally, while the role is not customer-facing, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for creating and providing internal and external communication and training regarding project releases and new platform features to the various support teams. The Project Coordinator will work under the direction of the Vice President, PES Matrix Operations, Product Development Managers, and various stakeholders but must be able to perform the work independently.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Attend designated meetings regarding projects and platform enhancements
Take and distribute meeting notes and action items
Complete assigned tasks toward project completion
Create and manage internal/external communication and resources regarding project and enhancement updates and releases
Manage CRM databases using front- and back-end data-entry tools as required
Develop ad hoc reporting and dashboards and perform data analysis as required
Understand and document functional aspect of existing or new automation and workflow
Perform release evaluations with Business Owners and Product Development Managers
Maintain PES CRM queue to a) assist stakeholders in submitting complete requests, b) help determine the priority of such requests, and c) escalate to the VP, PES Matrix Operations when a request is a concern and/or is something that can be implemented across programs
One to two years of experience in an administrative support role and/or projects-related role
Demonstrated competence in using office productivity applications, such as Microsoft Office tools
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to use discretion and good judgment
Self-motivated and the ability to work independently
Salesforce experience a plus
