MTech, a division of Newmarket International is seeking a Project Coordinator to join the team in Miami Florida. The Project Coordinator plays a critical role in the organization by acting as the point person for the customer and by providing oversight of all software installation and deployment projects for NI products and services from post sales through the hand off to support. Project coordinators also provide key support to the customers and are the gateway to the rest of the professional services organization. Projects are limited in scope and typically contained within a single business unit.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manages multiple small sized projects or sub projects under periodic supervision of another project manager or manager
Manages projects that are typically well defined and follows defined methodology with limited changes
Base reporting and communications requirements: intro, confirmation, pre confirmation, check in, post confirmation, sign off, support handoff
Education and Experience
BA Degree in Business or equivalent
3 years of Account Management or Project Management experience
Advanced MSOffice suite knowledge
Strong Organization and time management skills
Strong communication skills
Hospitality Background a plus
Project Management Certification a plus
Strong Documentation Skills
Salesforce experience a must
