The Project Coordinator is involved in supporting the workflow of all active digital campaign marketing projects throughout the project life cycle interfacing with the project management, HCP marketing, Account Management, Creative, Client services, and technical operations departments of our agency. Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely submission of documents in the Medical, Legal, and Regulatory submission systems of Pharma companies, the Campaign Coordinator will work with the Project Management monitoring for the deadlines of the components requiring regulatory approval proactively avoiding delays and will work with the HCP Marketing group to ensure error-free maintenance of the campaign cadence requirements on HCP reach. Responsible for ensuring compliance requirements, this role will assume all tracking and coordinating responsibility for each job request from its initiation to its final distribution with a thorough knowledge of where each job stands in the development process.
Essential Job Functions:
Create and maintain weekly production/traffic reports and status updates for projects, online and offline
Work with client?s Medical, Legal, Regulatory review team and internal client operational team to ensure timely delivery and appropriate sign-offs.
Work closely with Account Managers and internal PI teams to effectively communicate status updates of daily projects while staying on project deadlines.
Ensures that Account Management is communicating with Creative during client conversations and in preliminary discussions involving project ideas & direction and vice versa. Acts as the ?glue? in project development for our project deliverables in the approval process.
Initiate all projects through client?s online content submission process, following their Standard Operating Procedures and processes in regards to proper timing, formats and sign-offs meeting compliance guidelines for FDA Pharma approval.
Develop weekly MLR schedule for clients and for PI team members. Work with both clients and team members in developing a master project status sheet that is updated daily and communicated to Team Members.
Build and develop relationships with both clients and peers and others to exchange feedback on product/service issues, identify and/or solve problems diplomatically yet skillfully assess needs for projects, team members and clients, and/or achieve business results for project deliverables..
Seek out new learning/development opportunities to enhance job performance, skills and productivity deliverables for projects.

Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree required. Is good at establishing clear directions; sets stretching objectives; lays out work in a well-planned and organized manner; Attention to detail is a must. Maintains two-way dialog with others on work and results; Team player with ability to meet multiple time sensitive deadlines. Must exhibit leadership qualities and exercise good judgment and diplomacy with both clients and internal teams.
