As the Connecture Project Coordinator you will assist project managers in the coordination and completion of projects. Provide administrative support such as scheduling, procurement, preparing presentations, and monitoring time lines.
Roles and Responsibilities
The essential responsibilities of the Project Coordinator/ScrumMaster are to.
? Assist project managers in the coordination and completion of projects.
? Provide administrative and technical support such as scheduling, procurement, preparing presentations, monitoring time lines and budgets, attending meetings, and acting as liaisons to various departments and organizations.
? Communicate any issues, problems, or additional information to project managers and recommend solutions.
? Monitor and evaluate project activity and report on progress to project managers and leadership.
Internal and external project reporting ? dashboards, cost reports, status reports, roadmaps, burndown, velocity
? Budget tracking and reports
? Meeting facilitation/moderation and minutes, including sprint/scrum meetings
? Posting project documents to project wiki, BaseCamp, Spirateam, JIRA, Confluence
? Analyze process and team to identify gaps and promote efficiencies
? Mentor/coach team on Agile practices and Scrum execution
? Help to maintain product backlog
? Identify, post and track issues and risks. Help to remove impediments
? Interface with client and project teams, including vendor partners
? Track action items
? Other tasks as required
Communicate effectively with internal and external technical and business teams
? Strong client interface skills
? Able to instill a sense of urgency
? Experience Aglie, Scrum, and Lean practices and principles
? Able to adapt to rapidly changing environment
? Able to motivate team
? Able to work effectively with remote teams and vendor partners
? Able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
Insurance/ healthcare experience desirable
? Previous project management or coordination experience
? Knowledge of system integration principles
? Strong experience with Microsoft Office, including Visio, Project, Word, Excel
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent
? 2 ? 3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator/ScrumMaster.
? Health Insurance Industry knowledge (a plus)
? BA or PM certifications (a plus not required)
