Description:
The Project and Account Manager for PrimeRESEARCH will focus on ensuring timely implementation of strategic projects for the Market Research & Access (MR&A) business. This role will require strong project management, internal and external communication and reporting skills, along with strong command of project planning technologies and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word). Specifically, the responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities:
Develops and communicates project plans for new projects that are won with R&D and other internal stakeholders, as well as clients
Responsible for driving projects forward and ensuring delivery within project timelines
Work with Greenway?s R&D organizations (Data Services and , PrimeSUITE teamProvider Services, Consumer Services, etc) to lead the integration efforts of the Provider and Patient tools, services and product offerings available through PrimeSUITE.for the Market Access portion of MR&A
Coordinates with R&D to ensure that all queries and technical needs are documented, defined, understood by R&D and delivered according to project timelines
Responsible for defining and managing the delivery of data query reports that support the projects being implemented in MR&A
Work with MR&A team to develop project timelines and ensures projects are implemented on-time and on-budget
Proactively communicates all project-related issues, along with recommended actions to address the issues, the people assigned to resolve the issue and the timing to do so
Assist in the development of the Market Research Strategy for MR&A, as well as research/identify partners and data elements necessary to implement various elements of the strategy
Work with legal department on any contractual aspects of project implementations, in coordination with the Director of Regulatory/Audit for PrimeRESEARCH
Responsible for contributing to the team meeting or exceeding bookings and revenue targets for the MR&A business
Helps develop, document and communicate MR&A product offerings and pricing
Coordinates across other groups within Greenway to ensure maximum understanding, awareness and integration of MR&A solutions across Greenway solutions
Manages relationships with and recognition of revenue from existing partners that relate to the MR&A business
Helps recruit additional partners to provide solutions related to the MR&A business and ensures coordination across other Greenway groups to integrate partner solutions
Must keep up with life sciences and healthcare IT industry news and events to ensure that we are current with all industry regulations and practices, as well as all trends in the industry
Required Experience/Skills:
Demonstrated success in developing project plans and managing cross-functional teams to implement projects on-time and on-budget
Formal project management certification is highly preferred
5+ years of work experience in or related to the biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device industries and/or the healthcare IT industry is highly preferred
Must be able to understand information technology concepts and communicate effectively with technical R&D teams about technical issues related to project implementation
Must have strong communication skills for use internally and with clients
Work well in a team environment
Ability to translate issues identified by clients into projects using the MR&A solutions
Ability to understand clinical and medical terminology, including the indications of medications, how medications are prescribed and the physician office workflow
High level of experience and familiarity with project management tools, including Microsoft Project or Excel
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or databases with experience executing detailed data analysis to derive insights that answer challenges faced by the client or for internal analyses is preferred
Highly proficient and experienced in creating marketing and/or project report materials in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word is critical
Ability to drive issues to resolution, including engaging other groups within Greenway to find solutions
