Project Director, Panel Management Knowledge Networks
The Project Director is responsible for working with the AVP of Panel Management to oversee and manage all aspects of KnowledgePanel. This includes improving and implementing the recruitment and empanelment process; assuring good survey taking experience; management of incentive, retention and device retrieval programs; developing panel communication materials; and maintaining and analyzing panel data.
Responsibilities:
Manage the implementation of the KnowledgePanel recruitment process ? sample preparation, recruitment material mailings, recruitment questionnaire, call center campaigns and data processing.
Monitor and report key panel metrics ? recruitment response rate, profile rate, survey completion rate, attrition rate and panel composition.
Working closely with the IT department to maintain the KnowledgePanel database.
Support client service needs ? data appends, cumulative response rate calculations and panel capacity estimates.
Implement and analyze results from other ad-hoc panel projects such as incentive experiments and prompting experiments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (Master's or higher preferred) in a Social Science or quantitative field
2+ years relevant experience in market/survey research, especially with panel operations, large survey samples (Web, telephone, mail and/or in-person) or longitudinal studies.
Experience with data management and reporting using multiple databases.
Strengths in data analysis, project management, communication and creative problem solving.
Ability to manage several projects at a time.
Detail-oriented with strong organization and time management skills.
Proficiency in SAS, Excel and MS office is a must. Working knowledge of SPSS and SQL helpful.
