Position Description
we're looking for a highly organized Project Engineer with familiarity on several of the following disciplines: Agile development/scrum master, project management, and SW QA.

Responsibilities
- Scrum master: Work closely with developers and QA w/in Agile development setting to ensure timely delivery of stories and tasks. Coordinate and facilitate daily Scrum meetings, sprint planning, and sprint retrospectives for distributed scrum teams.
- Assist with QA validation and demo of developed features
- Track and provide Status reports to engineering teams
- Consolidate feature requirements through discussions with various stake holders into actionable features aligned with product road map.
Required Skills
- Experience with Agile Development, Scrum Project Management, and related tools
- Requirements capture - Ability to create functional requirements reflecting a set of inputs, behavior, and outputs
- Attention to Detail: Capture, document, and communicate appropriate level of detail
- 2+ years of project management experience w/in SW development product life cycle
- Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship building skills conducive to team development
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Experienced MS office user
Recommended Skills:
- Work experience in a small company environment and Desktop IT support
- Tech Savvy in tune with latest Mobile Device/s trends (Android, IOS)
- Experience with Wiki, and bug/feature tracking SW
Education & Experience
- College graduate + 2 years of relevant experience, or Associate degree with 3-4 years of relevant experience
