Project Lead Red Arrow Software Labs
We're in search of our next Project Lead -- someone with the leadership skills needed to keep our projects on track, confidence to move forward regardless of challenges and a great sense of humor.
Candidates should have at least 4 years experience managing projects in technology, web or development, and enjoy working with internal team members as well as clients.
Work with client and business analyst to scope the project
Define the project budget and timeline
Responsible for managing the daily work of all team members, planning projects through release and sprint planning, daily burndowns in our agile setting
Communicate regularly with the client to ensure scope remains in place, deadlines met
Maintain project documentation, including backlog of user stories, project budget and timeline
Work closely with a team of Business Analysts, Information Architects, Developers, Testers
Minimizes risk and maximizes opportunity on a project
Partnered with the technical lead, owns responsibility for the success of each project
Job Requirements
Minimum 4 years experience in project management
Comfortable asking the difficult questions of team members and making sure the team stays on track so that deadlines can be met
Challenges team to be as effective as possible
Works with client to ensure all requirements and deadlines are met and removes impediments from the team
Ability to keep a positive attitude and handle change
Think on your feet, take challenges and find the next solution
Desire to work closely with technical architects and developers
Nice-to-haves
Familiarity with agile project management
Experience with testing web and desktop applications
