Job Description

Lead team or act as principal developer for the team that is responsible for designing and developing core User Interface (UI) frameworks and the next generation applications. Create designs based on business requirements and translate them into software applications. Analyze, design and develop software programs for frameworks, both technology components and end user applications. Write designs and unit-test documents. Design, write code and perform unit tests and bug fixes for products and technologies. Lead and coordinate software development with local and remote teams when required. Assist in software development planning, scheduling and execution. Work with Quality Assurance (QA) team to ensure highest quality for software deliverables. Review and provide input to integration and regression test plans created by QA team. Review product documentation and work with product documentation team to help ensure highest quality documentation for software deliverables.
Qualifications

Bachelor?s degree or foreign equivalent followed by seven years progressive post baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation including Software Engineer and Application Engineer.

Experience and/or education must include

7 years of Java and J2EE web-based architecture experience
5 years of experience developing user interfaces using HTML, Javascript, JSP, JSF, and AJAX
Javascript libraries: YUI and Ext JS
Designing and developing User Interface controls and components for J2EE Web based applications
User experience and web usability, cross-browser issues.
